Our services are divided into three general phases:

PHASE I- Project Preparation: This is where we use the technical team combined with the know-how, to identify and secure the project installation by doing a site visit to the customer prior to the installation process and consulting the customer with the requirement and engineering for the machine foundation, civil works, piping systems, etc.

PHASE II- Project Execution: Continuous support which entails a range of different services provided to facilitate the successful and smooth execution of a project, including the test run, performance test to achieve the best output of the production lines, resolving the production problems when they arise at customers’ paper sack production facilities, assist and supervise customers staff in order to maintain the performance of the new production lines to an agreed upon performance level, advise the methods to minimize the waste of production and assist our customers in implementing these methods.

PHASE III- Production Support and Onsite Training:

We support our customers by doing production support to the technical team and do the required training programs to all operation’s team, Gamma makes provisions for all the essential procedures for the successful routine operation, this includes operating manuals, safety measures, maintenance schedules, spare parts lists, quality control system, we ensure to the satisfaction of our customers, the best and most economic processing techniques, labeling, packaging and general marketing needs by means of working out appropriate proposals  with our customers , Gamma is providing the required on- job training of the customers’ staff and labor, as a continuous operation in order to bring it to the proficiency standards and skill levels that will enable them to perform efficiently and effectively. This training will be for all technical key levels of the workforce. Gamma team assists the customers in inspecting the raw materials which dispatched from the supplier’s plant, such as paper and glue to ensure the good quality of these materials.
